What we collect

We collect the information you provide directly — your name, email, pitching metrics, recruiting pipeline data, and any content you create on the platform. We also collect technical data (IP, browser, device) for security, analytics, and error monitoring via Sentry.

How we use it

• Provide and improve the platform features you use.
• Power the AI Player Agent (your data informs the agent's answers).
• Send essential account and billing emails (no marketing without opt-in).
• Process payments via Stripe (we never store card numbers ourselves).

Who we share it with

Subprocessors include Supabase (database, auth), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (Player Agent inference), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring), and LangSmith (agent tracing). We do not sell your data. We do not share recruiting pipeline data with college coaches except through features you explicitly use (public profile, drafted outreach you send yourself).

Your rights

You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing hello@majorleaguemeasurables.com. Deletion removes your account and personal data within 30 days; aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained.

Children

The platform is intended for high-school pitchers and their families. Users under 13 must have a parent or guardian register and consent on their behalf. Contact us if you believe we have inadvertently collected data on a child under 13.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the "last updated" date above when material changes occur. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
